Architecture
When it comes to architecture, Wisselingh en Toorens works with contractors and engineering firms, but particularly architectural firms. Our activities comprise design and technical implementation for projects, project coordination, monitoring and contract supervision.
Many companies in the building sector are struggling with a shortage of work. There is a large supply of personnel, including senior-level staff. Companies with a healthy order portfolio are forced to compete heavily on price. Organisations that are active in niches such as retail and the construction and expansion of airports are often unable to plan their human resources needs far in advance, and place very high demands when it comes to specific experience.
In spite of these challenges, Wisselingh en Toorens can play a useful role in these situations. We act as an intermediary between businesses that resolve temporary over- or understaffing problems by supplying one another with employees. Our large network, professional expertise and position of trust have proven indispensable in these situations. We also focus on finding the hidden ‘pearls’ in the labour market, which enables us to satisfy the our clients’ highest demands.
If we do not have access to the required expertise in our own ranks or the labour market, we will provide additional training if desired, such as an additional Autodesk Revit training programme, for example.
A selection of our clients: ABT, Flora Holland, Kraaijvanger, NACO, Leiden University.
